What is collected, what it is used for, who it reaches, and how long it is kept.
From the waitlist: your name, email address, and if you give them, a phone number, the parts of the industry you work in, and your departments. Nothing else, and nothing inferred.
From members: what you enter about yourself and your work, and what a production or another member enters about a job you were on. Sign-in details are handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
From everyone: the ordinary server records a web request produces, including an IP address and the page asked for. Today there is no analytics on this site at all. What will never appear is advertising identifiers, tracking pixels in our email, or anything whose purpose is to follow you somewhere else.
Given by you, and used for one thing: a code sent by text to prove the number is yours. You ask for it from your own account page, so the consent and the message are the same action, and one message follows one request. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Neither your number nor your agreement to be texted is sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing. The company that carries the message is named on the subprocessors page, and carrying it is all it does.
To run the thing you asked us to run. Putting you on the list, telling you when the door opens, showing your record to the people entitled to see it, and moving money for work you did.
We do not sell what we hold, and we do not sell access to it. Nobody buys a better position.
You decide what you share. Tradekraft is closed: your details, your rates and how to reach you are visible to a production you are actually on, and not to the public, not to browsers, and not to anyone who is merely curious.
The people your relationships already involve. A production you are crewed on sees what a production needs. A representative you have named sees what they need to represent you. Nobody sees a record because they are curious.
The companies that operate parts of our infrastructure necessarily process some of it. They are named on the subprocessors page, with what each one holds.
Your record for as long as the account is in use, because that is the point of it: a career outlives the companies that hired you.
The waitlist until you ask to come off, or until the list closes. Server logs for thirty days. Financial records for as long as tax law requires, which is longer than either of us would choose.
Close it and it is archived. You lose access, the documents that identify you personally are cleared, and the credits stay, because they belong to a production’s record as much as to yours. What we cannot delete is anything a production is legally required to keep about work you did for them, which is theirs rather than ours.
We treat every member as the one who most needs discretion, because we cannot know which of them is.
In the United States. Our database and authentication run in Ohio, our email leaves through Northern Virginia, and our pages are served from wherever is nearest to you.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to frontgate@tradekraft.rocks and we will respond within thirty days.
Depending on where you live you may have a statutory right to some of these. We do not ask which, and we do not treat a request differently because of where it comes from.
